The Burners Won't Light!

The customer featured in this photo was in a unique situation, needing to cook and prepare meals for an event they realized there range would not light. One quick call to us and we were able to get them back to preparing for the event.

The Buttons Don't Work!

This wall oven would not respond to commands. After going thru our thorough diagnostic procedure, it was obvious that the main board had failed. We were able to order the part promptly and the oven was back up and running in no time.

Where's the Ice!

This fridge was failing to make ice. Troubleshooting led to determine the entire assembly had failed. We were able to install the complete assembly and restore the fridge to excellent working order.

The Stove is too Hot!

This customers Gas stove had a cooling fan issue. We were able to troubleshoot the issue in minutes and implement a quick reset on the control board. The stove was up and running and we had another satisfied customer.

Warm Wine

The lower rack of this wine cooler was not chilling properly. After proper troubleshooting it was determined that the evaporator fan motor had failed, we replaced the motor and had the customer up and running again.

About the Owners

Richard Stephens, the owner of Countryside Appliance, was born and raised on a dairy farm in West Branch, Michigan. Richard knows the value of machine repair and upkeep, thus repairing appliances is second nature to him.

Richard’s wife Tina manages the front office of the family owned appliance repair business. Tina was born in the neighboring town of Prescott. She was also raised on a dairy farm and then worked in the family feed store. From working on the farm and feed store she knows the importance of honest prices and good hard work.
